Came in from a long ride on a hot day needing supplies due to having two flat tires while riding. Also my bike was having some issue with the front brake dragging. The customer service was outstanding. Within a few minutes my bike was on the rack and the front brake was being carefully adjusted. Haven’t had a problem since.

Good service and often very prompt. On a very busy Sunday morning they still fixed my flat tire in under 30 minutes. Good inventory of bike related stiff also.
