I brought in my wheels for a tire installation. Everyone I interacted with was very polite and professional. The labor I requested was completed correctly and in a timely manner. All around it was a great experience and I will utilize Schlegel’s services again.

Did an excellent job of repairing my bicycle after a thorough evaluation. There are several other shops much closer to me, but I always drive to Schlegel for parts and service.
Charles was extremely helpful. I went into the store ready to buy new clip in shoes for my road bike because I've been having toe cramps. After asking me several questions and looking at my shoes, Charles suggested I try readjusting the clip and then riding for 1-3 weeks to see if that would solve the problem. Ultimately, I didn't buy shoes on Tuesday but if I do, I'll buy from Schlegel. It was nice to shop in a store where customer service is clearly an emphasis of management. Schlegel has earned my future business by not selling me a product that I may not need just to make a sale.
