I like if you buy a bike from Schlegel you get a free tune up every year. The mechanical department knows what they are doing when it comes to taking care or repairing your bike. The sales people are very nice and knowledgeable. I have found it can be intimidating going into a cycling shop with not the most friendliest workers receiving you but Schlegel employees are the best!
