I visited the shop due to the numerous fantastic reviews! Typically I would purchase things online. An employee immediately greeet me and helped me right away! He was knowledgable about shoes (what I was shopping for) and helped me pick out the perfect pair for my feet. He also told me to come back if the location of the cleat was not exactly where I wanted it. I’m excited I popped in and checked out the store! Fantastic customer service and wide selection

The staff went to great lengths to make sure that bike was perfectly fitted to me. The one malfunction from a stretched cable was corrected within minutes and I was ready to go again. When I had an bad crash they examined the bike free of charge to make sure there was no damage to carbon frame or components. Great people to do business with.

Always have the best bikes and the service dept. is super. All within are riders, and know their stuff. Is fun to visit the store downtown lots of great restaurants nearby as well.
