I trust your service department expertise for regular service on my bikes and to suggest any repairs to prevent those breakdowns at the trail. It's a service well worth paying for. The bike repair personnel are top rate. After my bike received a bike tune-up I heard an intermitant “clunk” as I rode it. I brought it back in & dislodged dirt was the culprit. Marty said they could immediately work on it . He found that besides the dirt , the axel was bent & straightened it for no charge. Since I had previously talked to him about buying a trainer , he cautioned me that the weakened axel would not withstand the weight since it was a bolted wheel. He gave me an estimate of $140 for an upgrage to QR wheel. He assured me it would be no more. Sure enought the repair/replacement was not more but less! Thank you for excellent service & superb customer service. I have told all my friends to use Schlegel for all their bike needs!

The people. Marty in particular is top shelf. I feel like we are fast friends even though I'm really just a chatty customer. Dan's spin class originally sold me on this being my bicycle store, but ultimately it has been seeing Steve out at the events and noticing how everyone in the cycling and triathlon community respects the guy.
