The staff, Charles especially, were very helpful. Steve as always made sure I had what I needed at this visit. I was looking for a specific item and couldn't locate it. Steve found it was in stock and Ben was able to locate the saddle bag I wanted.
Goes above and beyond in sales and service after the sale...I’ve never had a problem having work done right the first time. Their bikefitting is the best I’ve ever seen. Steve Schlegel gives back a tremendous amount to the OKC community, so even though I now live in Montana, I still buy my bikes from Schlegel.

Great customer service
Been shopping with Steve since 2003 when he was on the south side. He and his staff have always taken the time to discuss my needs and wants and help me differentiate the two to get the best value for my dollar. They have never tried to upsell me on anything. I consider many of his team to be friends. And I consider Marty Buchanan to be the best service director in the business. He takes great pride in his work and it shows. Thanks guys.

Friendliness and willingness to help. I came for the Wednesday night ride (6-12-19) and forgot to pack my bib shorts. Instead of trying to sell me some high end shorts, the Evan forget found me some awesome Bontrager shorts! Kudos to Evan for some great service. I also have to mention Chaz. I was I. The store on 6-7-19 and he did a bike fitting for me. My next ride was outstanding due to the better positioning. He also set me up with a new and better bike pump!
