The service rep gave me several package and price options when it came to repairing my bike. I could also tell he was very knowledgeable and matter-of-fact. The repairs were completed quickly and on time.
I am a busy mom of three (from Norman) who was looking for a used starter bike for my daughter. After calling several places in Norman and no one having what I needed, I called Schlegel and Charles was extremely helpful. He checked the inventory, took pictures of what you all had in the size we needed, and emailed them to me. I let him know which one we wanted and then a few hours later, I swung by the store to pick it up. The bike looked great and was ready to go. An employee checked me out as they did another quick safety check, and then he carried the bicycle out to my car for me. So quick, easy, and painless. And my daughter just LOVES her bike! Thank you, Schlegel!
Next time Iām in n town Iāll be back to rent again. But Iāll be rent a road bike next time.
