My first time at Phat Tire. Great and clean store with plenty of parts, gear, and accessories to go along with the bikes. I dropped my bike in for service. They were very pleasant and took all the time necessary at drop off to understand what I was looking for and then the time necessary to discusses any challenges with the service upon pick up. The initial quote was spot on for the final bill and they turned it around quickly.
