I never feel valued as a customer when I shop there. Ted, the owner is not friendly and comes across as aloof. He was helping my boyfriend and I pick out bikes, and started to talk to his buddy who just walked in about his bike ride that morning, while we just stood there waiting for him to finish our bike orders. We ended up cancelling our orders and purchasing our bikes elsewhere. We bought 2 Trek mountain bikes, a new bike rack, and totally outfitted our bikes. Ted lost over $3,000 in sales that day. Wanted to buy local, but that is over.

As a cyclist, who can walk past a bicycle shop. I needed a new floor pump and was absolutely pleased with the service to help point out the differences in certain pumps. Upon return to my home pump worked perfectly, and I am very pleased.
