Logan did a great job of repairing my bike and was very much a customer service expert.
Outspokin has always been super helpful. We aren't a big bicycle family. But after our teenage son kept breaking the cheap bicycles we decided it was time to buy something worthwhile. He rides his bike every day, to and from school. I bought a little head light from Target. It recently broke. I went to Outspokin and got him a much sturdier head light, hoping this one lasts! It has a two year warranty which is awesome!

Customer service is the best. They got a Trek FX 5 in that had been on order for over a year. I was originally paying on it but was informed that delivery had been slipped more than 6 months. At that time they refunded my money. The bike arrived last week with my name still on it and they were kind enough to call me to see if I was still interested. I was so I bought it. Great bike.
