I came in for a bike tire tube to fix a flat. The gentleman who helped me was super nice and knowledgeable. I took the tube to the front register to pay, but detoured to the replacement bicycle seats and a super nice lady helped me. After looking at the bike seats, I explained I was mainly there to buy a tube to fix a flat and she asked if I had a tool to get the tire off the rim, and I did not, so she further helped me to get add that to my purchase. It was so nice to be treated with kindness and respect by both people I interacted with. Thank you and I rate McGhie's an A+!!!

I have always had the best attention and service with my bikes. The staff has always treated me well and been helpful. I was there this past week and found new employees. I did not think they were very friendly. I was happy to see the service shop still had faves I recognized and are familiar with my bike.
This is the 2nd time I have rented from these folks. They are great. Very professional and knowledgeable. At the last minute we changed our rental from 2 to 1 days, it was a non issue. They simply refunded us the difference.

All but one of my bikes have come from McGhies and they have always been a great partner with my mtn biking. I just took my latest bike in for its 1 year service and they had it back to me in only a couple days. Prices are fair and customer service is always at the forefront.
