Service was good. Continuing problem on not having Bontrager products in stock. Twice have come in looking for R3 road tires and not available. Worth mentioning the are not available directly from Bontrager either. With the major R3 advertising campaign a few months ago, I would think the focus on the campaign would be available for purchase at a Trek dealer of through the parent company.

This was my first visit to McGhie's. The service of my old Trek was good and efficient. It was handled by Justin Ballardini. While there for maintenance Justine showed me a new Trek bike. His attention to detail and professionalism gave me the trust to spend the $7.5K bike.
Justin got the new bike fitted and outfitted with all the necessary items.
We were truly impressed with McGhie's. We had walked away from the new bike purchase the first time due to poor treatment by one of the store managers...it was the professional followup by Justin that brought the sale back for McGhie's.
