Maria was exceptional, maybe the best customer service I can recall experiencing, and she answered every question and relieved every concern I had. The bike tech Mike was really helpful and informative too. Overall a great experience and I’ve already recommended McGhies to friends. I was also happy to make a second bike purchase today and felt great supporting such a well run business with an excellent staff.
I was very happy with the service Ayron provided. When the bike I was interested in was not in stock at his store, he had it transferred so I wouldn’t have to drive to another location. He then went with me on a test ride and provided excellent instructions on the bike.

I brought in my bike for a tune up and was told that it would be ready the next day. A couple of hours later I was contacted and said my bike was ready to pick up. Wow! That was fast! Ken explained what they did and also cleaned up my bike. Great customer service! Will definitely come back!

My new bike needed alignment and a minor chain repair. It was performed very nicely. I only wish you still offered an mini-service in the $35 range like you used to so I could afford a more frequent check up. It may be that you could price more in accordance with the needed of your clients. I, for one, am not a tri-athlete or competitor so my bike probably needs less than some others. Just suggesting ...
