I’ve been shopping at McGhees for over a decade and have spent many thousands of dollars there.
I am disappointed and upset because when I bought my first set of skis and boots the associate that assisted me told me the boots need to be extremely tight. He couldn’t emphasize enough how tight they should fit. I was surprised by how small he insisted I go but I had never skied before and he said he had for 20 years and since his job is to help people choose the right boots I trusted him. Now after using them several times I’m positive that he made me go way too small because they hurt my feet real bad and cut off circulation every time I wear them. What should I do???
Every time I walk into the store with a complex bicycle problem. The problem always get solve no matter what. The customer service is out of this wold. 🏆
