Recently, I purchased a bicycle and brought it in to have it built. First, I called the location to ask a few questions and was greeted kindly and professionally by a McGhies team member. Next, I brought the bicycle (in a box) over to the shop and was immediately assisted by a mechanic team member. A few days later, someone called to remind me that the bicycle was ready for pick up. Upon arriving at the shop, a team member was absolutely thorough in explaining everything about the new bicycle and wanted to know if I had any questions at all about the functionality of the bike and it's components. The level of professionalism and skill that team members have is great and it shows in their work. McGhies is a high quality store / shop and I constantly refer members of the bicycle community to their knowledgeable staff. I admire the kindness / honesty when visiting this location and I totally love that it has always been consistent to this very day.
