Glad to see this store is busy for the winter sports season. All the big box stores could not support winter sports due to limitations on training, staffing and poor customer service. Dicks is a joke, always has been when it came to skiis and boards. Last year they sold a few apparel items and accessories but it was all junk in my opinion. Glad we have somewhere to go now.

I needed work done on my wife's road bike, so I called Ryan and he said bring it in. I did and was told it would be ready by Friday (1.5 days) and it was. I was notify my bike was ready to be picked up via email and text.
