Up to date rental bikes, tech was knowledgeable and made sure the bike was set up properly.
Went in for a new fork for a kid's mtb and they took apart and save the current one. Honest and fun crew working there. They'll take the time to go over your option, be it a repair to purchase a new part. I like them!

Kevin did a great job on my bike tune-up. Ryan helped me pick out some new tires that will resist flats and some awesome handlebar tape that matches my bike colors perfectly. The bike looks amazing, with a new life breathed into it. I've had some really great customer service at McGhie's with a personal touch that I appreciate. I won't go anywhere else to get my work done.
My whole experience could have not been better. Sales associate Jace S. was extremely knowledgeable of the product, very good at communicating and wanted to make sure the bicycle fit and meet my needs. The rest of the staff I spoke with also were very helpful when entering the store. This sticks out for me I called the store late evening checking the status of the bike I order even though could not locate the associate took my name and phone number and I got a call the next day.
These days it’s hard to find that you will get a callback.
