All employees are very knowledgeable. I like purchasing an item and if I need help putting it on my bike you do it right at the time of purchase. I also like that you allow the customer to try out the newly installed product and make adjustments to make sure it fits specific to me.

Great customer service! Frank was very helpful and knowledgeable. Bike was assembled quickly and was able to ride and enjoy asap. Wish more selection available, ended up having to Last name removed elsewhere for my husbands bike. I was lucky my size was in stock!

John was a great help! I look forward to buying my first eMTB from McGhie’s later this year. One thing though, it’s time to stop the mask requirements for customers, employees too. If you serve the public you cannot REFUSE service if a customer will not wear a mask as it is unlawful. To do so and claim that it’s the right of the business to refuse service is fallacious and discriminatory. If you are not already aware, a business’s guidelines and requirements cannot supersede the state’s nor the country’s constitution provisions for individuals. Additionally, over forty scientific studies show that masks do not decrease infection risk or spread, they increase it. And for your employees, requiring masks has a number of negative health consequences and may even lead to lung cancer. Please look up respiratory acidosis. I hope that after June 1 your mask requirements are gone.
