I'd always drive by this place, but this was my first time and I was not disappointed. Went in for a flat tire and the guy tuned my switch gears and brakes. I didn't get his name--he's a little older, but not too old :D thank you so much!

Blue Diamond location was great. Got an amazing rental bike and good advice on which trails to hit. I'll definitely be coming back to Cottonwood Canyon and renting a bike from McGhies again.

McGhies's products were extensive enough where I was able to get what I needed to be back on the trails and road. Their customer service is top notch. Not only did Tom go above and beyond by researching the part number (it's a brand new bike I broke), he was able to help get the part in within a week and left me a VM to come pick it up.
In a 'Brave New World', this level of service is few and far between; I will absolutely return and recommend folks to McGhies.
