I took my bicycle in for service and they addressed all my needs. I would definitely return here for regular maintenance. Only surprising thing was I thought I would get a call when my bike was done. Not sure if they just didn’t call or they had an old number.

The techs are awesome. They are very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I took my mouth tsin bike in for service and a few adjustments. They did an amazing job. They did more than I expected. I am very pleased and will definitely use them again. I highly recommend them for all your bike and bike repair needs.

McG staff members demonstrated their technical skills during my Trek Verve 2 'physical check up' and verification of the services I requested. Very professional ! They stayed within my repairs budget, and the services were completed with in the quoted time frame - much appreciated ! Its always a treat to walk the store and view the latest in sports equipment and clothing/apparel.

I just purchased some excellent downhill ski equipment from last season at half price. Mica was very helpful, recommending skis, bindings, and poles that were appropriate for my skill level and size. I would highly recommend this store!

In my first trip to McGhie's I brought a wheel & crank in for repair or replacement on a bike that I bought from an auction. The service guy who helped me (I don't recall his name) was great. With getting me the right replacements, and ordering what they did not have available, and scheduling my notice of the crank when it arrived.
When I went to pickup my bike after the crank installation and a tuneup I had purchased, I found out that they needed to replace the rear disc and a adapter. I was not made aware of the need until pickup, but one of the service guys apologized for not notifying me before the repair and clearly explained what was done and why. I was very grateful even without the prior notice.
The value of the service and parts I received were well worth it and I will certainly be using them for my bike needs.

I turned my bike in on a Saturday and got it back on Sunday in time to enjoy some Memorial day riding in Boulder city.
This is by far my preferred bike shop for repairs and maintenace.
