I came in needing to figure out a new seat post or clamp. I couldn't bring the bike in since it's a large trike that doesn't fit in my car. I came in with the post I had and the new seat I wanted to use, and Natalie figured out the best solution for us. My son was very excited to go home and ride around our culdesac again! Thanks for taking so much time and caring about what was probably a really little problem and definitely not an expensive purchase, but it meant a lot to our family. Thanks, Natalie, for being awesome!
