I took my bike in for service. They clearly explained what was included. On the due date, they called as promised and I picked up the bike. It looks and rides like a brand new bicycle. I won't go anywhere else for service.

i came in from Israel to Irvine to visit Mom and needed to upgrade my bike that i leave at her home. Everybody in the store was super helpful. In particular, Don --even though things were really busy-- he went to work upgrading my bike, and even went beyond the call, to make sure everything was well tuned up (service beyond what i had asked for). Dave gave me good advice about my potential next bike. It was only a positive experience, and Jax is my new go to bike store when i visit Irvine.

Derek has taken great care of my bike for over 15 years, which includes a good length of time before his current tenure at JAX. He is very knowledgeable and precise in his maintenance of my old school steel bike with a Campy groupset. He also takes the time to talk about rides and family. I consider him to be a good friend and not just a bike guy. You've got a new permanent customer!

I had two bikes that hadn't been ridden for over 4 years. I was going to give them to my grandkids so I wanted to to make sure they were working safely. Don the service manager took about 10 minutes testing the two bikes alignments, gear shifting, braking, pumping up the flat tires. He was very honest so much so that he said one bike didn't even need any work done on it. The other bike just a tune up. Got that back in two days. It is nice to see a honest man who enjoys his job.
