I had specific questions regarding engagement issues with my current wheel hub. We bought a bicycle rack and found the perfect one for us at Jax, Murrieta. The Saris carrier is sturdy, compact when not in use, and easy to load! They assembled it, helped us mount it and gave us detailed instructions on how to load it. A perfect experience. PS this rack is built in the USA!
