I've had only two transactions with this company, but that said, I would rate it as excellent. I placed an order but shortly after it was confirmed, I was advised that there was insufficient stock to fill it. My payment was immediately refunded. I later placed a smaller order and it was processed and delivered very quickly. The item was small and, remarkably, it arrived in an appropriately sized small box, unlike AMZ who often ships something the size of a box of crayons in a box that would fit a pair of shoes. I hope to be able to do more business with this small company in the future.

IMT has lots.of stuff in stock, unlike so many places where you have to order things online rather than being able to see the first.
I've shopped at IMT since it opened decades ago in a different location. The original vibe thrives today. I've bought many bikes (Trek), clothing, bike accessories, etc., forever. IMT has taken older bikes on trade for newer models, the service department is 100% reliable, timely, and professional. I can't say enough how much I rely on and love the IMT experience.

Love this store. Go to place for gifts. Just wish you had larger sizes for my husband. He is a 6’ 4” mtn large bike rider and had to order everything online.
