Your products are top notch, but nothing beats a passionate and knowledgeable staff! I took my daughter in for a new bike and we worked with Emma, who from the moment we walked in the door until we checked out three days later, did everything she could to help it be the best experience for us. She spoke to my daughter directly and found the perfect bike for what she was going to use it for. When we came back, several different people helped us get the bike in the perfect condition for her to use. They attached a water bottle holder, adjusted the seat, adjusted the brake handles, and slimed the tires. We got set up with the lost bike recovery system and we’re told of the times we needed to bring the bike in and even got a folder of helpful information. I cannot recommend this place enough. Super lovely, helpful, bike people!!

I could have purchased the Yakima roof rack on line or elsewhere, the difference is when I walked through the doors I was immediately greeted by Ryan who helped to make a more reassuring purchase.
