You are much more than just a great bike shop! I've been coming since the store opened in it's first spot on Jefferson. Besides bikes, I love the clothes, camping gear and travel accessories. One of my favorite stores to just browse!
Employees are very helpful. I came in with partial information and the team was patient, non-judgmental, and ultimately got me what I needed. I then bought a new helmet, that I knew I could get slightly cheaper elsewhere, because I support local and especially those that treat their customers well.

The employees you have are really friendly and make you feel like part of the IMT family even if they have never met you. Atleast that was my experience. I had a pair of new skiis and bindings that I needed mounted, I live in Twin Falls and the stores in Twin didn't have the die for the set of bindings so they sent me to IMT and checked ahead to be sure they could help me. They were able to get them mounted the same day and made me feel so glad to be taking my business there.

I had a great experience buying an e-bike with the help of Jena at the downtown store. After visiting 4 other bike shops, Jena helped me get the exact bike that was right for me. She acquired inventory from the sister store so I could try two models side by side. She made me feel like a valued friend.
