I had a problem with the tire on my bike and thought it was going to require a new tube and maybe a new tire. The staff looked at the tire and discovered the problem was a very simple one and only required adjusting the air pressure and reseating the tire. They took care of this very quickly and professionally saving me the cost and time I would have been out otherwise. They did a great job. I would go back for any needs in the future and recommend them without hesitation.

Technicians (Jake) are very knowledgeable and helpful. Although one improvement besides helping us determine the right bike would be making sure the customer also buys the tools w air cartridges to fix a flat tire when 8 miles out on a trail.
