Customer Testimonials
Gonna miss the meridian location. Great staff and services. That location was really most accessible to our location. Thank you for the trail and outdoor education, good memories!
Great personal service and friendly staff
Bike services and general tune up.
The staff is always friendly and helpful. I’ve been there many times for repairs, to buy a new bike
I like the brands you sell and the discounted items.
The products I was seeking were available and reasonably priced. The service people were extremely helpful and were able to answer my questions.
Explaned what the service was
Exceptional customer service! Carly went above and beyond to reach out and confirm my web purchase was what I still wanted due to the condition. Most companies would’ve just sent it and then why would’ve had to return it if it was not what we had anticipated. I appreciate her reaching out, sending pictures and allowing me to make the decision to confirm the purchase thoroughly without being there in person.
Thanks again!
Products are good.
The customer service is amazing!
Dax is the best! He is always willing to help with a smile!
High quality parts plus quick turnaround and delivery - all of which makes a difference if you’re in the middle of repairing your bicycle. These are signs of a well run organization. Well done!
Local. Predictably good work
Idaho Mountain Touring was awesome. Super helpful, great service, and they really came through when I needed it. Highly recommend.
The shop is staffed with what I call "Good Wrenches," i.e., knowledgeable technicians.
The services are fairly priced, and delivered when promised. I also like the store and can generally find what I need for accessories or maintenance all at one location. Further, the brand alliances for wearable items is solid. I will probably not be in the market for a new bike for quite some time, so the above comments are focused on my current needs.
I do have one further note: I just had a tune-up done on my road bike, to have included brake pads as needed. The front brake lever was, to my preference, adjusted to a "too slack" engagement point...two-thirds of free travel before any engagement. i know front brakes are "grabbier", but it seems to me that the first point of engagement should arrive somewhere between 40-50% of free travel, not at 66% of free travel.
Sincerely, Jem Hern
The personal service from Jerod and Dax. There's no hard sell, and they listen to what I wanted and needed. The shop is good and thorough, and they have some very good sales.
I found what Inwas looking for here… a Wild Rye jersey. Im much more inclined to purchase from a smaller vendor than a mega online source.
Friendly staff
first visit, had work done on my mt bike. both guys who helped at checkin and pickup were helpful and knowledgable. everyone in the store was friendly
good prices
Great ski service!
Always the best gear, advice and selection!
I like your great variety of outdoor gear, particularly in biking, camping, and men's wear. great bike service department!
Matt was exceptional. Patient, knowledgeable... patient and then patient again because my wife wanted to do multiple test runs, had many questions and threw out a barrage of scenarios for him to speak to. Can't say enough positive things about the experience, should any of my Micron colleagues have needs Idaho Mountain Touring can support, I'll have them visit your store and look for Matt.
Good advice and selection of products for my favorite mountain sports
We had some fantastic assistance in choosing and ordering our e-bike. Jerrod was so helpful and we feel like we really scored with how easy and fun everything was!
Friendly staff
Appreciate the work done on my bike!
Very knowledgeable technicians and friendly!
A bit pricey but but we'll worth it!
Thank you!
I love my new bike. Thank you so much Jenna!
Your people are knowledgeable, genuinely care about meeting customers’ needs and don’t push the upsale.

Everyone there was so helpful and knowledgeable about the bikes they had. Pricing was also very reasonable.
