We love Golden Bear. We buy all of out bikes from there. They are very friendly and helpful. We also have our bikes serviced there too
we were in the store working with Jimmy asking all of our questions in prepping to get new bikes. He was very knowledgeable and friendly to work with. He pulled down several bikes to show us elements and the differences...very helpful!! We then came back a few days later to purchase 2 new bikes and Ein was helping us. We shared with him about how helpful Jimmy was.
Picked up our bikes on Friday and have loved them so far....been out on saturday and sunday in front of the snow tomorrow.
Caroline(?) did an amazing job of cleaning and servicing my bike and going through it with me when I picked it up. As long as the service is this outstanding, I will continue to come to Golden Bear for my bike maintenance.

I've only been in the shop a couple times because I just recently discovered it and I don't live in Elkhart. Both times I have gone in, I was immediately welcomed and the salesmen were very helpful and knowledgeable. They have a nice selection of bicycles and accessories. The salesmen have a lot of experience as riders and have a ton of insight and great advice to help anyone find the perfect bike or upgrade.
Prices a bit steep, too bad regulars aren’t identified....

Extremely nice gentleman asked how he could help. I was there to get a tire repair. A different young man helped me pay and check out an hour later. Every single person I came in contact with was friendly and helpful and the service was great!

Had a problem with my electric bike that was out of warranty. They worked extensively to track down a weird electrical issue that was finally determined to be the battery. The shop worked with Bosch to get the battery replaced - all free of charge to me. Many Thanks!

We came in to surprise our daughter on her fourth birthday with her own pedal bike. They had the perfect bike in stock and on the floor ready to go. I recently brought my mtn bike in for a tune up, and Carolyn helped me. She was very courteous and helpful, explained in detail what GB would do, and answered all my questions. And the tune up was finished in a timely manner, I was informed that my tires were fine, just out of air. The job was done within the estimated cost.
Just so's you'll know, the GB staff have always been polite and helpful when I've come in over the years with a problem.
