Came in to ask for pedals and the staff not only offered me good pedals at a low price but also offered to change out my pedals on the spot. I also like that they did not hesitate to work on my Rad Rover bike on a separate occasion. Very pleased with the service and will be returning.

I came in on a Saturday with a question from some work done on my bike previously and Chad was amazing to work with. He came right up, asked me what I needed and helped me with my issue. I was going to order some flat pedals on Amazon.com but because of his excellent service, I decided to buy the pedals at the shop.

Great shop with excellent people to work with. They handled a frame warranty issue for me through Trek and had me up and running again in just a few days. The shop down the road (Epic Mtn Sport) told me wouldn't help me unless I had bought my bike there. Golden Bear was more than happy to help out even though they weren't the original sellers. Thanks to them for all their work.
