I have had all my service done here as well as purchased 2 bikes. Just recently I went in as my granddaughter out grew her bike and wanted one with a basket. Left with everything we wanted in a new 24" bike including a purple basket, purple bell and purple drink bottle. Love the personalized service from everyone in the store. I'll be bringing our bikes soon for a spring tune up as well. So great to work with the staff, they make you feel important and they are important as well. Thank you thank you.

In a pandemic, they fixed my tire and tube for $10 cheaper than anyone in a 10 mile radius for $45 brand new. I'll be back as will my family!

The technician that helped me was honest and asked for assistance from a more experienced tech when working on the problem. He kept me well informed of the options and risks of the repair that he was attempting and the estimated costs to repair.

What makes Golden Bear Bikes amazing is the attention to exactly what you need, great quality products and the Mom and Pop remember your name type atmosphere. I haven’t bought a bike in over 20 years and the entire experience along with my awesome new bike will have me being a loyal customer for life!
