Fast and simple service no BS just how I like it. Was looking for a bike for a bigger guy and the associate I believe her name was Becky or Betty was on point with answering all my questions. Was in and out with a new bike in about 20mins

Some bike shops feel like I'm intruding into a private club for skateboard kids. Not at Chain Reaction Bicycle. CRB is very professional, friendly, and totally customer service oriented. I appreciate that very much. I never feel like I'm annoying anyone by my silly questions.

The Treks you sell are great bikes that come in a variety of styles, shapes and sizes.
Your sales people are very responsive to the customers' need and quickly learn what kind and size bike you are seeking and with what features and how to outfit it in your service shop with the right assessories . And all this comes at very competitive prices.

Buying Trek Bikes from Chain Reaction Bicycles was the best decision I have ever made even if it means a 45 minutes drive or a train ride to the store from where I live. Its a family owned store and they take very good care of customers. Mike who also is the owner of the store will go out of the way and will leave no stone unturned in resolving any issues that you may have with your bike. Recently Mike spent several hours troubleshooting a very small noise that was coming from the front assembly of my new Trek Domane and he made sure that I had the quietest bike after I brought the bike for a service. Basically he made sure that I was happy with my purchase. I would recommend Chain Reaction Bicycles for any bike related purchases.

Very knowledgeable helpful staff. They know everything about bikes. We're so lucky to have them close by in Redwood City. I don't like going to big sporting goods stores.
