Belonged to the YMCA from 1Phone number removed. Am returning now since we have retired. Have not yet participated in any programs in this relationship
I like the current pool. It’s too bad that after a lengthy renovation period it is still not operational. I specifically phoned to inquire as to whether it was actually open this week and I was told it was open. To my surprise when i arrived i was informed it was broken- motor problem. No idea when it would be working again.

Quality, convenience, flexibibility
I particularly like the Fitness for All class on Tues & Thurs. The class leader does a good job & makes the class fun. I feel like I'm getting an excellent workout, plus I have made several friends in the group.
I really enjoyed the beginner swimming class! Our instructor, Bea, is incredibly helpful, caring, and always takes the time to guide and correct us. She’s one of the most wonderful people I’ve ever met. One time during an open swim session, I was practicing on my own while Bea was teaching kids. After she finished with them, she came over and helped me — it felt like I had a private lesson with her. I truly appreciate her dedication and support!

Alot of different classes to attend.
I just do chair yoga at the Y but besides the benefits of yoga, I have met many interesting people. I have enjoyed socializing with fellow yogis. I especially enjoy our instructor, Lauren. Lauren has a wonderful sense of humor, she is very good at explaining how to get in the postures and makes her classes interesting.
The Y is very welcoming and there are numerous other activities which I have not yet tried. The facility is always clean and full of life.

Great variety and always adding new exciting classes. Good instructors and friendly fun activities. I personally use the water aerobics and love it!

I love the positivity that permeates the Highland Conty YMCA! Everyone there is just trying to be better, and we support each other in the Fit for Life class! I am proud to be a part of this facility!!

We love the warm water of the indoor pool. Hot showers too. All very clean.
