Water Aerobics at the Clermont Y is great. Our instructor, Cathy is the best.
Love the Zumba and Dance exercise classes. The people in class are friendly and very diverse. The instructors are both excellent. Trying to stay fit at my old age. The staff at the desk are super friendly. It's very welcoming. Enjoy the Y....

Last winter/spring I came back to the Y after a long absence (since COVID)). I decided to take adult swimming lessons yet again. The class had daytime hours, reasonably priced, & had a good staff/student ratio. I also met a volunteer there who generously gave me extra instruction after my class ended. Today, I can say I am a swimmer, more confident than I’ve ever been doing front stroke, back stroke, & working on treading. I love the water & used the pool throughput the summer until I had eye surgery. I just recently came back. I, too, love the Mon. Water Fitness class & the sauna. What I do miss is Water Zumba. However, the Y is a great place offering many choices of activities.
the water aerobics has been a necessary part of my rehab, for my knee and shoulder. And it is fun, with fun and interesting people!
