What do you like about our programs and activities?

The swimming pool! Indoor and outdoor. I wish it was open later on the weekends. The outdoor pool closes at 5:45 pm!! everyone is having such a good time when it’s time to go!

Thank you for providing such a wonderful atmosphere! Everything is clean and orderly at Blue Ash YMCA.

I attend exercise classes for people with Parkinson’s disease. The instructors have been very knowledgeable, kind, professional, and helpful.

I enjoy the Fit for Life class. Jan is a terrific instructor. I also enjoy having the option of the eGym.

I am enjoying the silver sneakers classes.
Pam has a wonderful balance and chair yoga class with great music.
The water exercise classes are also very good.
One thing you could improve on is the cleaning of the women's locker room.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I appreciate that you have the cleanest YMCA locker room in greater Cincinnati
I divide my time between ML Lyons, and also the Blue Ash, YMCA and by far the Clermont County location is the cleanest and the friendliest staff
Decided to swim outdoors today, very refreshing and extremely clean and sanitary swimming pool and lifeguards were extremely conscientious
Please pass along the message to your Maintenance and housekeeping department. I appreciate their attention to detail.
The front desk receptionist was extremely busy, but kept her cool getting everyone checked in, including the guests

Employees nice and helpful ...... always a smile...... equipment clean and easy to use instructions.. helpful instructions available about all aspects of the facility (paperwork hung on the wall for everyone to pick up copies of) Plus they offer a variety of programs for every age.
