Silver Sneakers is a great class. Agnes and Nancy do a good job and get us moving. I don’t go on Friday so I can’t comment.

Love Love the swimming pool and the exercise we can get there. Like the dry heat room, our new showers and dressing rooms. The only thing we women need are new toilets that are taller for the handicapped. At least two of them need to be replaced with hand rails. We have had the same ones since I started using the YMCA Lyons in 2015 since I retired. Thank you for your consideration.

I take the Silver Sneakers Splash and Deep Water Workout. I like that they are back to back. The people I encounter- front desk- are courteous and eager to help. I would like to see more exercise classes directed toward senior citizens.
