Quite a variety, many different hours, I am so happy that you put a cardio at 5:45 on Mondays and Wednesdays. The les mills class are intimidating to me. I really enjoy the cardio light with Kaitlyn, move strong with Crystal.

I like the timing of classes and convenience of the classes. I also enjoy the socializing aspect of attending classes at the Y. The instructors are knowledgeable and qualified.
