Unfortunately, I have not participated in the classes or organized activities at this branch. I go to swim and work out on my own. I will say that the staff is very nice, friendly and helpful and the facility is clean.

We only Visited the outdoor Pool. Love all the shaded areas, the pool were great, staff was so nice-esp at the check in counter. The slide was a blast and a pleasant surprise—the deli!
We just joined so don't have much experience with programs or activities yet but the customer service we received was unmatched. The lady at the front desk was VERY busy but smiled and greeted everyone that entered while still attending to us with the upmost professionalism and made sure all of our questions were answered. Her ability to multi-task, stay polite and pleasant with each and every guest and her general concern for us left us deeply impressed. What a rare gem at the Burlington YMCA on Sunday morning.

You have a variety of classes. I do not like the late classes,because I don^t drive when it gets dark and I have not been told when the Y was closed for a meeting. I do not have a smart phone and I do not have the apps needed to be informed of the changes. The Y info on the computer has been removed so I do not register for the class I want to attend.
I haven't tried any programs just took my daughter swimming in the pools! I enjoy the fact that you have a lift to get her in an out of the pools, but feel it is a little reckless that you all won't allow me to store my portable hoyer at the facility even if I am willing to sign a waiver! You can't tell me you dont have a closet of some sort that is hardly used that I could store a portable hoyer lift! So I could use it to lift her from the lift for the pool to her wheelchair and then from the wheelchair to the potty, and from the potty to her chair! She is 180lbs of dead weight that i am the only person that can lift her, I have already injured my back from lifting her every day, now to prevent further injury or an accident from me dropping her or both of us falling i am being told I can't store a portable hoyer. Which is very upsetting and I hope that this goes all the way up to the ceo or president or owner of the YMCA!

Masters swim team and coaches.
Group fitness Instructors are great. Need more bikes and a dedicated space for cycle classes. Cycle fills very fast and precludes a member who just wants to try a cycle class from getting a bike!
