What do you like about our programs and activities?

I joined for the Pilates class and the pool. Have only been to one class so far but it was great. Pool was a few degrees cooler than I’m comfortable with.

I enjoy the different exercise classes that are offered. I’m looking forward to trying the water aerobics class, but I haven’t had the chance to do that yet.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The classes that I take are conducted by teachers that are attentive to the students abilities and needs.
The exercise room with machines is kept in order.
I am glad that Gamble Nippert has a food pantry and programs for children.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like that there are a lot of options. I wish the family open swim was longer and that you provided more group classes after 4:00 PM. Perhaps we can open a second group classroom. Is there any thought into keeping the gym open longer than 9:00 PM?

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I love the Power classes led by Jen & Steph! I always get an amazing full body workout and I have made some new friends by attending this class. KUDOS to Jen & Steph for making this class great!

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Has everything that I would want in terms of equipment, trainers, etc. Gave it a 9 out of 10 only because it's not as fancy/glam as other gyms, but that is not a reason for me not to enjoy going there. In fact, I LIKE that I don't have to feel like wearing the best workout clothes, etc.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Love that my 7 month old can take swim lessons. During the winter months especially it’s been nice to go in and use the waterpark. It’s a great activity for the three of us to practice being in the water and get some movement. I want to play pickleball but I don’t know anyone as I’m newer to the area. When I cane to open gym Wednesday 1/14 at 2 no one else showed up to play.
