I’m 81 and enjoy water classes and yoga. You need to start up your water classes again and have at least one chair yoga class.

I go to the Y to walk. Area is always clean. The front desk workers are pleasant and welcoming. Will advance to classes when ready.

Everyone I have met have been so nice and welcoming. I love the Silver Sneakers program, the instructors as well as the participants.
The only problem with the program is that it fills up so fast that it can be hard to get into.

I only use the exercise facilities. I like the variety of equipment and workout spaces.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like the instructors and classes, but would like to see them offered more frequently as they tend to fill up fast or be offered at a time less convenient for me personally. Good variety of fitness equipment. I haven’t used a personal trainer, but I understand that they are available at a reasonable cost. I personally would prefer interacting with a human trainer over the automated e-gym.

I enjoy the pool and being able to reserve a lane and swim time which means that the pool is never overcrowded. I also like the cleanliness of the facilities and the friendliness of the staff in particular the lifeguards.
