Programs work for you if you use , them, wish there were more after morning hours, hopefully you can keep in door pool hours open more often
Swim lessons with Bea are excellent. Training sessions with Jessica are also terrific
The Blue Ash why was very clean had a huge fitness facility that was very well kept! The member services area was very polite and knowledgeable and helpful with questions I had.

I make use of your open swim in the mornings. Not only do I benefit from the exercise in the pool, but I also enjoy the social part of it. I meet my friends and we discuss life as we age.
I also attend Jan's class on Tuesdays at 9:45. She makes exercise so much fun!
The bathrooms, showers, dressing rooms are always available and clean. The hair dryers and counters are another benefit. I feel like I am ready for my day after my workouts.

I came in to get information about the Silver Sneakers Program. I signed up because both the employee and volunteer were very helpful and informative. I can wait to meet with trainer to get started.

GNY offers programs and activities for all ages. The ones designed for active older adults are good exercise, fun and the people leading the programs are great!
