What do you like about your Y experience?

The Y has wonderful classes that keep you engaged. If you want work alone they have plenty of options such as swimming and working out on different machines. The people are so friendly and helpful. Everything is clean and the fireplace in the winter is a big plus.

It has a happy, affordable, feel good environment that helps me feel great, particularly after doing workouts that are surely wonderful for my head & body. I always feel better after my visit then I did before I arrived.

Took my first cycling class with (Jess?) 5:45am on Tuesday. She was super welcoming, helpful, and did a great class. Loved the music she used too. Thanks!

yoga, although it would be great to have a meditation class right after a couple of the yoga classes. Also, it would be nice if some different styles of yoga were available, because the vinyasa style hurts my hands if i do it too much.
