My flex class with Kelly
Great place for the entire family. We have options for swimming, gym, group fitness, basketball and rock climbing. As a family we were there twice and we had great blast. The facility is clean but a bit crowded.
Neighborhood fixture which provides many resources for exercise and socialization.

The lift chairs work at both pools. Although I wish the chair at the lap pool was ADA compliant/

It's welcoming and has a lot of offerings. I mostly just swim but it's nice to do the occasional yoga or pilates class. My teen daughter loves taking those classes.

For me, it is a community! I've met the most wonderful people, have forged friendships inside and outside of the Y as a result of participation. Oh and yes, I am more fit and flexible than ever.
