There are a lot of activities included in your membership. The classes are fun and at a good time in the day for me. The people are all very nice.

The free child care during workouts, family friendly atmosphere, e-gym, family pool.
I use the pool for lap swim daily. They is limit laps or no laps available for after work between 5:30 to 7:00 which s a disappointment. Especially went I want to excise right from work.

It’s bright, welcoming, friendly, and has great workout equipment, two pools , very nice locker rooms, parking, and in a lovely neighborhood.
What more could I ask for as a swimmer and rowing fan.
Plus, I’m a Tiny Topper knitter and Friday mornings with my group in your lobby is the most relaxing activity I do all week.
