Everyone is so friendly, facilities are wonderful, and the swim teachers are so sweet. I would highly recommend installing genic toilet seat covers, and disposable Clorox wipes in each bathroom so people can wipe down the toilet if they’d like (similar to how people wipe down machines in a gym) or put down a hygienic cover before they use the bathroom. The bathrooms in the pool area in particular become pretty nasty pretty quickly.

On our first visit we were there for a swim lesson for my grandson. We were able to get our ids made and were lucky enough to get a tour from Ms Karen who was so nice and extremely helpful. My grandson thoroughly enjoyed the swim class and there are so many things available to do!! It has been many years since we were last at this facility and it has truly grown and looks wonderful.
Family changing rooms before the pool area can be cleaner in Towson,MD location. ( We haven't been to the Waverly location yet)
The kids' ''family pool'' rules don't make sense in the Towson location. Seems like the green sliding is not open, and it is set by the family pool area, with I guess 4.6 feet deep. The slide was the main idea for my kids to go there. My boy, 9, and my girl, 6, had a swim test to be able to use that slide. My girl passed the test, so she doesn't need me in the water with her in that deeper area. But my boy didn't pass. However, both kids are jumping, swimming by themselves in a 4.6-ft pool, or even deeper in other pools.
Staff are always friendly and helpful. But we didn't get a first-time tour. Overhaul I recomment YMCA, thanks.

The room for yoga is crowded and noisy. Not conducive to a good practice.
Facilities are very clean. Lots of options for the entire family and great classes. We love the splash pad!
Evan was awesome! He listened to listen to the problem I was having with the lateral machines and dispatched the technician to fix the issue.
Kelly K’s Core Work Class exceeded all my expectations. It included weights which met my doctors’ advice for weight bearing exercise.
