It's welcoming and has a lot of offerings. I mostly just swim but it's nice to do the occasional yoga or pilates class. My teen daughter loves taking those classes.

I Love the e-gym workout, I feel stronger and healthier since starting it. I do it at least 5 days a week. I also love the childcare stay and play and the family pool

Everything from the friendly and dedicated employees to the vast expanse of exercise equipment, to the pools, to the pickle ball to all the class offerings. It’s a wonderful family environment that three generations are our family call home.

I wanted to share some positive feedback about my recent visit to the Y. Earlier this week, Nick was extremely courteous and helpful in getting me started on the eGym system. His clear explanations and encouragement made the process easy and enjoyable.
Although I’ve been a member of the Y for over 10 years, I hadn’t been back since the beginning of the pandemic — more than 5 years — and I was hesitant to get started again. Thanks to my experience with Nick and the other welcoming staff, I now feel very comfortable returning and am looking forward to getting back into a regular workout routine.
