I was on a several week visit from another state. I found customer service was top notch. Greeted at the door and on three separate visits had three different staff willing to work with me to solve various bike issues I was having on a bike I didn't even purchase from them.

Steven, from the service team, was absolutely amazing. I’m not exaggerating when I say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. It started as a basic visit and turned into a great lesson. Steven walked me through all aspects of maintenance/care so that I knew how to properly care for my bike - answered all of my questions and covered areas I’ve never considered - helped me understand what I should / shouldn’t work on myself - tightened and fixed several aspects after my bike had been broken in for a few weeks (including installing a part to improve my comfort) - confirmed the suspension and others components / fit - and ensured I could be was set up for all sorts of safe/fun riding. (I was somewhat knowledgeable before, but Steven brought my understanding to a whole new level - I even went home a wrote a page of notes of all I learned). Unfortunately I wasn’t able to buy my Trek from this store due to the inventory availability (bought at another Trek store) - but really glad I’ll be able to service it here. Thank you Steven! An amazing example of a spectacular customer experience.
