It did a nice job really cleaning the carpeting. The person who cleaned it was most kind and worked hard. The area where the red wine had spilled, looked clean yesterday, but after it dried some of the stain came back to the surface... Not sure if the stain can still come out?

You use no chemicals and the carpet dries within 5-6 hours. You come when you say you will.

Zerorez was very quick to respond to any questions. The tech was actually early to the appt. and on task. Our condominium association had some stains in common areas that have been the source of irritation and frustration for years. Zerorez took care of those spots and they have not reappeared as was the concern of the board of directors

I do like the work you do. it is great. the part I struggle with to be honest is the over communication. you email to death, you call to confirm schedule, your guy calls, and then multiple follow ups. I think it is way to much. Just my opinion. it seems like a lot. I am involved in a service business as well and do not do anywhere near that much. Work is great and will continue to use.

First, very on time. Was here just at 2:30. Very cordial, professional guy (first name started with an "A"--? Aaron? He got spots out that I had no hope for. I am so pleased with the result. Neighbors may call you. They asked how long it took and what I thought!

Did a great job! Went to extra lengths to clean up some stubborn spots. Most of all the service person, Logan was very friendly and helpful.

The quality of service was very good. The cleaning was great and the promptness of the scheduling and day off service was also great.

The young man we had do our carpets was very nice, he wore booties (love that), he was courteous, and he worked hard (he broke a sweat, love it). Also like that carpets do not feel sticky with residue. Always a nice job! I would have given a 10, but since it is a little pricier, it is only a 9. :)

I liked the attention to detail; using the right equipment to clean each area and item. Friendly service and we were so happy to get scheduled on the same day due to a cancellation. Tim was excellent.
