I liked that the cleaner used wasn't very harsh and also didn't have a very strong odor. The technician was excellent! He was knowledgeable and very friendly. The carpet dried very quickly. I'll definitely use Zerorez again to clean my carpets!

On time arrival(early actually),answered my questions and gave suggestions. Just wish there was more that could be done to "fix" what looked to be stains but were told were fiber damage.
