I had to reschedule our carpet cleaning twice because of events being shifted around during the holidays and my requests were handled quickly and with no sense of inconvenience at all. Besides that, they did an incredible job cleaning our carpets. Seriously, our carpets looked better than new when they were done.

James did an amazing job of cleaning our 20-year old light beige carpet. It has had its share of wear and stains from puppies and older dogs, but when he finished the carpet looks like new. I would highly recommend James and Zerorez -- they do an excellent job at a reasonable price.
