I was very impressed with how clean my carpet areas came out. One particular area, the stairway, was dingy and grey from the last time it was cleaned. Being this is a high traffic area, I thought it was the norm for it not to come clean as it should. After Brandon completed cleaning them, I was amazed how bright and clean they turned out as well as the rest of my carpeted areas. My carpet looked as bright as the day it was installed! Brandon also took care to protect my hardwood floors and all surroundings. Thank you for such a wonderful job.

I like how 'green' the company is. You're mindful to care for the person's home while you're working. The technician was professional. From beginning to end, I like the process that is taken.

Associate was on time, gave us a good price and was very friendly. Like the steps that were taken to protect our house (corner guards, door insert). Carpets look great! Before associate left I got a quote to do the rest of our house. My only complaint is that it took a while to dry and with one of the rooms being the basement it started to smell kind of musty/moldy. Turned a heater on down there and eventually everything did dry and nothing smells bad at all.

I like that there aren't a lot of chemicals used in the process and the carpets look great when you're done. The technician was also very polite and conscientious.

I like the fact that the carpet dried within a few hours and that if a spot reappears the technician comes back out and cleans the area again. I would recommend Zerorez and also James the technician to any of my friends
